Engagement Content Item
Reporting on content items will reflect the data of individual assets.
Engagement Content Workspace
Content Workspaces are highly configurable portals of assets that allows you to tell a story alongside the assets, reporting on Workspaces will reflect the data of a workspace as a whole, not its individual assets.
Engagement Content Collection
Content Collections are grouping of multiple assets with functionality that allows for easy, marketing approved personalization, reporting on Collections will reflect the data of a collection as a whole, not its individual assets.
Out of the Box Engagement Reports
We already have a variety of out of the box Engagement reports ready for you! These reports are created based on common use cases and, as with all Intelligence reports, can be customized to best fit your needs. Search the All Reports page to find and view these reports. (Those listed as report templates are out of the box, if a report has been altered by your org, it will be considered a custom report.)

Content Share Groups
Content share/view groups support reporting on content share/view activities and allow admin to define a filter / add a user manually.

Content Share by Type: Shows content shares of a configured type to users assigned to this group

Content Share Owner: Show content views and shares to a user that owns the content or the CRM account, opportunity, contact, or lead

Content Share View by Type: Shows content share views of a configured type to users assigned to this group
Content Filters
Content filters in a group configuration allow admin to restrict content that is visible to group members.
