Welcome to the Mediafly Community Hub

Welcome to the Mediafly Community Hub

The Community Hub is your home for everything product support — and a whole lot more. It's where you'll find our support team, connect with other Mediafly users, and contribute to the product conversations that actually drive what we build next.

Whether you're here to get help, share a solution, vote on an idea, or just stay in the loop... this is the place.

Logging In

First, check out Logging into the Mediafly Community to establish a login. Our Knowledge Base and public links are available to anyone, but in order to submit direct tickets to support or join in on Topic discussions, you'll need your own account.

Your Profile

Your profile is your personal dashboard — it shows your tickets, topics, comments, votes, and everything you're following. Take a minute to fill it out. A name and a photo go a long way in a community like this.

To update it: select your avatar → Settings.

Topics & Tickets

The Difference Between a Topic and a Ticket

Topics

Think of it this way: topics are public, tickets are private. Topics are posts visiblt to the entire community. Anyone can read them, and logged-in members can comment, like, or add their own experience. There are three types:

  • Questions: looking for an answer? Post it here. Chances are someone else has asked the same thing.
  • Problems: something's not working right? Post it and let the community (and our team) help solve it together.
  • Ideas: have a suggestion for how we could do something better? This is where product conversations start.

Topics are one question, many answers. The best response helps everyone, not just the person who asked.

Tickets

Tickets are private: visible only to you and the Mediafly support team. Use a ticket when the content is sensitive: account details, billing, configurations, anything you wouldn't want shared publicly. Tickets work exactly the same as you're used to today: notifications, attachments, status updates, all of it.

Not sure which to use? Ask yourself: would the answer be useful to someone else? If yes, post it. If it's specific to your account or environment, open a ticket.

Community Guidelines

A few simple rules to keep this a place worth coming back to.

Be real. Post as yourself. Stand behind your words. It makes every interaction better.

Be helpful. The best communities are built on generosity. If you know the answer, share it. Your experience is exactly what someone else is looking for.

Be honest. Ask hard questions. Acknowledge when something isn't working. We're into transparency here — and so is the Mediafly team.

Be constructive. Feedback is welcome, always. Personal attacks aren't. If you wouldn't say it in a room full of colleagues, don't post it.

Have fun. Seriously. This is a community of people who care about the same things. Let that show.

Thanks for being part of this. We built it for you...now help us make it great.
