Our Knowledge Base and public posts are available to anyone, but in order to submit direct tickets to support, post/join in on topic discussions, or vote on ideas, you'll need your own account.
Note: Please register for the Mediafly Community with your company email domain as personal email addresses like Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo are not supported.
Previous Mediafly Support Account Holders
If you had a login to Mediafly Support prior to the Community, you should be able to use your previous email to set up an account and bring over your ticket history.
- Click Login in the top right corner of the Mediafly Community
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address you've used previously with Mediafly Support
- Click Recover
- You will receive an email with a link to Set New Password, complete these flow and then log in!
Create a New Account
If you're new to Mediafly Support, welcome!
- Click Login in the top right corner of the Mediafly Community
- Click Register
- Complete the form, click Register, log in!
Google SSO Users
If your business email address allows for Google SSO, you can log in to the Mediafly Community that way too!
- Click Login in the top right corner of the Mediafly Community
- Click the Login with Google icon
- Complete the Google SSO workflow and you're logged in!
- We ask that if you use SSO and don't have to complete the registration form, you go to your Settings and update the User Role & Account Type when you can.
