Intelligence provides activity management and reporting capabilities. One of the key capabilities is the concept of tracking activity against particular records. I.e. "I sent an outbound email to this opportunity yesterday". Intelligence can solve exactly that.

Below you'll find a list of activity definitions that come out of the box based on your org's licenses. You can also learn how to create custom or customize existing activity definitions here.

Activity is tracked against five key record types:

Accounts
Opportunities
Contacts (Note: must be enabled by admins)
Leads (Note: must be enabled by admins)
People (Employees)

Account Activity Definitions
