Slack Authentication
The below steps grant Coach access to your Slack instance to allow direct notification from the platform. This is typically a 5-minute process.
🔐 Admin Only 🔐
- Slack Admin user, navigate to https://users.execvision.io/login
- Log-in with your Admin credentials.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click on the Slack icon to the right of the red traffic light:
- This will redirect you to the Slack page. Ensure you have the correct Slack workspace selected at the top right of the Slack page. If not, click the dropdown list and select “Add other workspace”.
- Once the correct workspace is selected click “Allow” at the bottom of the page. You will then be redirected to Coach and the light will have turned green next to the Slack icon:
*Note: When onboarding new users, always create their Slack account before their Coach account. Otherwise, the oAuth steps listed above must be completed again.
