Our engineering teams shipped a focused set of improvements in April, spanning the Engagement Platform, Tool Builder, Coach, and Insights. Every item listed below has been deployed to production. This log is published monthly as part of our commitment to platform transparency.
Engagement Platform
- CE-15659 — Updated system log data storage format to support advanced report queries
- CE-15542 — Restored missing translations across the platform
- CE-15517 — Updated iOS content library to correctly exclude items that cannot be shared
Tool Builder
- TB-7374 — Corrected an error when updating data tables in Tool Builder admin
Coach
- COACH-35252 — Resolved new users not appearing in Coach after account creation
- COACH-35239 — Corrected calls showing as processed but returning a "call not found" error
- COACH-35237 — Restored missing call recordings in the outreach activity feed
Insights
- INSIGHT-31498 — Improved Salesforce integration reliability
