Reporting Questions
Hello, I received a request wanting to know if it is possible to build reporting to show which of our reps are actively recording calls on a weekly basis. I'm fairly new to intelligence reporting so apologies if this is a basic function.
Hi Dustin! There are some Out-of-the-Box reports in Intelligence you can use for this. We have one report titled "Calls by Rep" which is a bar chart that shows how many calls each rep has made in the selected time frame.
