Command Center, Mediafly’s built-in AI assistant, helps you find the right content and prepare for customer conversations faster. Is your organization ready?
To enable Command Center, your organization needs to opt-into Mediafly's AI Terms. To do this, an authorised administrator with ‘Manage Site’ permissions can -
- Go to Manage Environment in Airship
- Select the ‘AI Features’ tab
- Follow the instructions to consent to Mediafly’s AI Terms
That’s it! Once you’ve agreed to our AI Terms your teams will be ready for Command Center as soon as it launches. If you have any questions about accepting our AI terms, or Command Center, please Submit a Ticket to contact our team.
