Intelligence access for admins based on their current access privileges

It would be great for admins managing the content to be able to access to Advanced Insights based on their current access privileges. This is specially important for global companies as admins might belong to different countries, managing different content and different groups of users. This way, they could only have access to the insights about their content and their users.

Also, the process to grant access to them to Intelligence is not user friendly, as it's a multi-step process in different pages, making it VERY confusing.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on enabling admin permissions for a User in Intelligence.

To ensure we're clear on this one, can we confirm the following is the current behaviour you'd like to less steps for.

"Enabling Intelligence for a user in GUM does not automatically make them an Intelligence admin. GUM gives them access to the Intelligence solution, but their actual Intelligence permissions still need to be configured on the Intelligence side"

Thank you for clarifying.

Currently the only way to grant admin permissions to a User in Intelligence is to navigate to User Management in your Intelligence instance.

We can certainly submit your suggestion as an enhancement request with our Product team for their review.
