Genius Drive Overview and Setup

**Purpose**

Genius Drive surfaces media and sales assets that have the highest proven impact on pipeline velocity. It pulls usage, engagement, and revenue data into one view so reps know which stories and files to lead with.

**How it Works**

1. Data ingestion: connects to Mediafly Presentations, CRM opportunity data, and customer-view analytics every hour.

2. Ranking model: scores each asset based on attach rate, win-rate lift, and recency of influence, then promotes assets that are outperforming the portfolio average.

3. Guided sharing: within the Presenter app or Outlook add-in, reps see “Genius Picks” cards they can launch or share directly.

**Use Cases**

- New reps ramp faster by grabbing the top-performing decks and talk tracks.

- Marketing validates which assets actually move the needle and retires stale content.

- Revenue leaders get a weekly digest of emerging stories, reducing time spent digging through dashboards.

**Getting Started**

1. Confirm CRM integration is active (Salesforce or HubSpot) and that Mediafly activity logging is enabled.

2. In Admin > Genius Drive, select the business unit(s) you want analyzed and choose the KPIs to score (win rate, influenced revenue, meeting conversion).

3. Invite pilot reps. We recommend 5–10 heavy users across Sales and Customer Success.

4. Monitor the “Emerging Winners” list after 48 hours and promote the first batch to the full team via the Genius Picks carousel.

**Tips**

- Tag assets with buying stage metadata so Genius Drive can recommend stage-specific content.

- Use the built-in survey link to capture qualitative feedback on why an asset resonated.

- Schedule the Friday digest to your GTM leadership channel to keep priorities aligned.

**Troubleshooting**

- If no assets appear, verify at least seven days of content engagement data exists and rerun the sync.

- For CRM syncing issues, re-authenticate the integration user and trigger a manual refresh from Admin > Integrations.

- Contact support@mediafly.com with the subject “Genius Drive” for advanced scoring adjustments.
