Getting Started
To ask questions, reply to posts, or vote on ideas, you'll need to be logged in. You can sign in using your existing Mediafly portal credentials or register with your email address directly.
If you run into any trouble logging in, reach out to us at support@mediafly.com and we'll get you sorted.
Once you're in, take a moment to set up your profile — add a photo, a few words about your role, and the products you use. It helps the community know who they're talking to, and it makes every interaction a little more human.

Help first
If you know the answer, share it. If you've solved a problem someone else is struggling with, that's exactly the kind of knowledge this community exists to surface. Giving help is just as valuable as getting it.
Be direct and honest
We're not interested in polished corporate language here. Ask the hard questions. Share the real feedback. Candor, delivered with respect, is what drives actual improvement — for the product and for each other.
Keep it constructive
Criticism is welcome and encouraged. Personal attacks are not. Before you post, ask yourself whether your words move the conversation forward. If they do, share them. If they don't, sit with them a little longer.
Respect the humans on the other side
Every person in this community — customer, partner, or Mediafly team member — is here because they care. Engage accordingly. Disagree when you need to. Challenge ideas when it matters. Just remember there's a real person on the other side of every post.
Use the knowledge base first
Before posting a question, do a quick search — chances are someone has already asked it and the answer is waiting for you. When you do post, the detail you share (what you tried, what you expected, what happened) makes it faster for everyone to help.
Spread what you learn
When you find an answer that works, close the loop. Mark it as solved. Add context for the next person who finds it. The value of this community compounds every time someone turns a question into knowledge that others can use.
