Workspace folder download link is sent to the share-link owner instead of the external user

I shared a workspace with an external user and confirmed their email address as part of access. They can open the workspace and download individual items, but when they try to download a folder and use Send Download Link, the email is sent to the share-link owner instead of the external user. Is that expected?

This is not the intended experience. External users can access the workspace and download individual items successfully, but the folder-level Send Download Link flow is currently a known issue and may send the download email to the share-link owner instead of the external recipient.

For now, the best workaround is to have the external user download individual items directly from the workspace when possible.

Our team is already working on improvements to Download All support for collections and DSRs, which is expected to address this behavior in a future update.
