Today, users see all templates regardless of their team or role, which creates noise and confusion—especially for reps who want quick, easy access to the right templates. We’re introducing User Groups, enabling leaders and admins to assign users to groups and control which templates those groups can access. This means reps only see templates relevant to them, reducing decision fatigue and speeding up their workflow. Managers gain better control, ensuring partners or specific teams only access what’s appropriate—all managed directly within the platform without switching portals.
