Value: Scaling & Recovery
As Value becomes more integrated with the rest of Mediafly, usage of the platform is becoming increasingly complex and data-intensive.
Simultaneously, as we modernize the product and start to integrate more of Value with Engagement and new AI tooling, we also want to limit the risk of outages impacts by reducing blast radius and shrinking the recovery window.
With these in mind, the team is focused on reinforcing the Value product foundations, so that any outages are well-contained and to reduce customer disruption where possible, ultimately improving recovery time so that interruptions if any, are minimal.
