Simplifying Draft and Publish Workflows for Engagement360 Admins
Currently, documents uploaded to Engagement360 become instantly visible to users with access, leaving admins without a way to prepare and manage drafts before publishing. This leads to inefficiencies and forces some admins to use external processes to manage draft content.
We’re expanding our Draft & Publish capabilities—currently in the admin portal—to the Viewer experience. This will allow admins to work on in-progress drafts directly within Engagement360, streamlining content management and ensuring documents are only published when ready.
